Welcome to our Customer Support information page.

Our aim is to resolve your query as quickly as possible. Answers to a wide variety of queries ranging from order and delivery questions, to returns and warranty enquiries can be found by visiting our Frequently Asked Questions section.

Returns

Please contact us on the helpline humber to advise the reason for the return. A re-stocking charge of £50 + VAT is applicable where the goods are returned for reasons other than a short or damaged delivery.

Refunds

Authorised refunds, less the re-stocking charge (where applicable), will be made by company cheque.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled without penalty, at any time prior to dispatch from our factory. Cancellations advised subject to the goods leaving our factory will incur a re-stocking charge.
